The Massachusetts Centralized Waiting List is updated and purged in order to keep applicant information current and to remove applicants who are no longer interested.
The 2022 Centralized Waiting List Update/Purge is COMPLETED.
The 2022 update mailing was sent November 18, 2022 with a deadline to respond by December 12, 2022.
-Applicants were given an additional 120 days to respond; those that did not respond as of April 18, 2023 have been removed from the waiting list.
How Can I Get My Application Returned to the Waiting List?
Requests for Reinstatement were considered through May 17, 2024. If your application was removed for not responding to the 2022 update mailing, and you did not submit a request to have it reinstated, you need to reapply.
As of May 18, 2024, requests for reinstatement for the 2022 Waiting List Update/Purge will no longer be considered.

-Please note that you must inform a participating housing authority of any change in your name, address, total family income or household composition. All inquires or changes must be made in writing.
-Complete the Change of Address form and return it to a participating housing authority or change your address online at affordablehousing.com.
If you do not respond to any correspondence mailed to you, or if your mail is returned for any reason, your name will be removed from this Centralized Waiting List.
